Our specialty restaurant focuses heavily on fresh seafood brought from the ocean straight into our kitchen. Our in house Michelin Star Chef, Gennaro Avagnale, has designed the Pescado menu to give a true international experience using ingredients from all over the world, but with an Italian touch. He has created a simple yet flavorful cuisine where West meets East.
We offer an extensive wine list, focusing heavily on white wines that have been selected to perfectly combine with the seafood experience. Our beverage list has been carefully crafted to include cocktails aged in French oak barrels, homemade digestives, vodka infused martinis and signature cocktails using fresh herbs and spices.
Our beach bar opens daily from 10:00 till 01:00. It features refreshing tropical smoothies, blended specialty drinks, infused rums and Savoy’s homemade Sangrias. The bar also features a “create your own panini, wrap and salad menu” made from the freshest ingredients. At sunset, Savoy transforms Gecko Bar into the “The Place To Be, and Be Seen” where you can listen to beats from some of the best musicians on the island.
