普拉斯兰：“爱情果”岛
普拉斯兰岛是塞舌尔诸多岛屿中最具特色的一个。岛上氛围和谐宁静，当地居民十分热情友善。普拉斯兰岛的“五月谷”保存完好，是一处自然瑰宝。
普拉斯兰岛是世界上唯一生长海椰子（Henry de Montefreid称为“coco fesse”）的地方。经过仔细研究，这里的公路仅供一辆吉普车通行，从而能减少对环境的破坏。
普拉斯兰岛有着两方面的重要性，其一是欢迎游客前来游览，其二是保存“印度洋上的珍珠”的美誉。1744年，当Lazar Picault登上普拉斯兰岛时，他被岛上繁茂的植被吸引，为其取名为“棕榈岛”。这里曾经是海盗及阿拉伯商人的世外桃园，至今仍是一片伊甸园，面积约44公里。
从马埃岛乘飞机到普拉斯兰岛约15分钟（36公里），从拉迪戈乘船到普拉斯兰岛约30分钟（6公里）。普拉斯兰岛是塞舌尔群岛的第二大岛，人口约7000人，人口密度为4人每平方公里。岛上拥有令人叹为观止的海湾，其中包括著名的拉齐奥海湾，是世界上最好的五片海滩之一。
2001年，普拉斯兰岛新建了一个机场，从而成为“塞舌尔群岛的门户”，是进行海岛游的理想出发点。

大海湾：
普拉斯兰岛第二大城市的标志建筑是独立纪念碑，两个雄性花絮包围着一个雌性海椰子。
圣皮埃尔岛：
圣皮埃尔岛与科多尔海岸相对，在这个珊瑚礁岛上，游客可以与大海龟及各种海洋鱼类亲密接触。科多尔海滨可安排圣皮埃尔岛一日游行程。
五月谷：
五月谷于1984年被联合国教科文组织列入世界遗址。五月谷上生长着特有的海椰子，并有各类棕榈树，还能找到塞舌尔群岛特有的“黑鹦鹉”。
